Hello and Welcome to the journey.
Just a heads up…
It can be hard.
And no matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, it will continue to be a struggle at times. But i can tell you from personal experience that the rewards are immeasurable.
Thomas Merton once advised a frustrated activist, “Do not depend on the hope of results…you may have to face the facts that your work will apparently be worthless and even achieve no results at all, if not perhaps results opposite to what you expect. As you get used to this idea, you start more and more to concentrate not on the results but on the value, the rightness, the truth of the work itself.”
By constantly realigning my dedication with my highest and perhaps at times overarching intentions, I am able to chart the course for my whole sense of being- where I am headed and what I hope to accomplish along the way. I try to focus on the truth of my self, my work, and less on any specific outcome. That way, no matter the voyage or how big the setbacks, I still always know where I am headed.
The same can and often will apply to the work we can do together. I try to focus on the process itself, the moments that present themselves, the uniqueness of you and our relationship, & the beauty of spontaneity.
And I welcome you, exactly as you are.

Every single moment is a chance for you to start again.
These can be difficult times, made all the more intense when personal loss and grief seem too much to bear. It can be challenging to navigate your way forward, and sometimes there is no better place to start than within. You can start right now, right where you are. An empathetic and open heart is a salve for the soul, and helps us be gentle with ourselves and others.
I used to think bypassing struggle and pain would somehow make me stronger. I know now that real freedom is born of our capacity to work with any difficulty that might arise. Working with me can begin to help you embrace the power of self and expand your perspective on finding solutions that work best for you.
